II. How to Apply for Ticket Refund?

  • After sign-in, please select “Orders” and choose the order code of ticket to be returned.
  • Dial the contact number provided below to notify travel agency of the order number of ticket to be returned (partial refund is available).

※Ticket refund shall be processed according to the standard form contract and voucher regulations as provided by Tourism Bureau.

※Refund for general ticket, concert ticket, or exhibition ticket shall be processed according to the standard form contract and voucher regulations as provided by Executive Yuan.

※Refund process for ticket purchased through credit card should take a total of 15 working days, after which refund should be sent to the credit card originally used for ticket payment. Depending on credit card closing date of your card-issuing bank, your ticket refund may appear on your invoice next month.

※For the unused or used part of the items that pass overdue, additional handling fees shall be incurred for the ticket refund process, with original price of used items fully deducted.

※For online commodity, refund can be provided immediately after cloud confirms whether it has been used or not.
